that is unfounded...like the $300 surcharge my HOA imposed on me to clean the pool after vandals despoiled the area. $75,000 to drain the pool and paint the clubhouse.

You fail badly here...there is one road owner, one way to get to your house. You are at the mercy of the greedy, unethical ones.
