need more, and better, guidance in the process. Some kids need to be told beforehand that they're not ready and therefore keep up their grades. Most of those kids who enter and then would want to come back, would have academic eligibility issues because they either don't care about grades, or are slacking off because they're at training camps preparing for the draft.
