level job to improve their skills and marketability, they would. The one and done rule is nothing more than the NBA using college basketball as a minor league system to prep kids and get them exposure to fans before they are in the NBA. It costs the NBA nothing and enriches the NCAA. The only ones who lose out in this system are the kids who could go pro out of high school because they lose a year of NBA salary.
