blame it doesn't particularly matter at this point. It didn't work. And whether we had an anomaly of a situation 2 years in a row where all of our guys were mis-evaluated and we managed to lose only all the bad apples, or the constant in the situation that was completely unqualified and has done alot worse than could be reasonably expected was the main driver is kind of irrelevant.

It was a strange experiment that would have made for a great and improbably story if it worked. It just didn't, at all.
