control since at least 1983 on a continual basis and subject to multiple 'death penalty' rulings based strictly on NCAA guidelines. They fundamentally circumvent the oversight and control process the NCAA relies upon.

This could have theoretically changed since 2012 because I haven't been paying attention any longer, but that seems like a silly assumption to make.

MU is an example of the controls and processes working, to a greater degree unfortunately than they even should given how faulty the NCAA's process and management of that process is.
