Why would they do that? It would seem negligent by the new head coach to allow this if it was so illegal. Surely he would have known where and if his players were working over the summer. Maybe he just trusted the compliance department's word for it like his predecessor did. I honestly don't think KA knew this was happening, but if it is such a big deal, he should have. No program in NCAA history has ever self-imposed penalties for such minor infractions. I don't doubt we were "cheating" a little bit, and I mean very slightly, ($520????????) . It is fun to pin this on Fuller, and it is probably his fault, but KA retained Fuller. If he was any kind of CEO to the program and actually believed Fuller was cheating, he would have done something about it. Then he signed DeAngelo Allen and Tramiane Isabelll against his will neither said they had ever been recruited by our previous staff before)...............
