and a rare ability to ignore what effect awful OL play (which was evident last year) and poor WR play can have on the perception of QB play.

I'm really impressed.

I agree 'toughness' is risky to promote in practice; and thought the prior staff's lightening on this to save injuries was strategic and smart at the time.
