his 3rd year and many were calling for his job. That turned out pretty well. I don't think the pressure made him coach any better or worse.

I think Kim would have to be an idiot to not feel immense pressure and fear for losing his job. I think even if the AD was saying "Kim's job is safe." he would have to know that's not even remotely true.
