Sterk, who is 60, discussed patience during the press conference and with the news media.

Baker, who is 37, said "...we will win" at his Press Conference. Later in the day he went onto say "...I've researched our coaches and will evaluate each one throughout the year." Wren Baker seems motivated and more equipped for a P5 job. I hope I'm wrong, but I'm fearful we made the wrong choice.
