They are different commodities. Sterk is an established AD who brings security to the job. Probably an overreaction to the last "hot commodity" running out the door in under a year. 7 year commitment means they wanted someone who would be there and he's got a good reputation nationally, so unless he screws something up, he gives them that stable presence.

Baker is an up and comer. I like him, but potentially a different arc.
