That's one of the worst P5 jobs in the country. It's not really a great comp. Even Dick Bennett never finished above .500 in his three years there.
But yeah, Paul Graham was not good there. In fairness to Paul, Kevin Eastman didn't leave him much. Eastman's more of a pure skills coach than a recruiter and he just couldn't get the horses there.
Eastman's an interesting guy: went on to actually have a very successful career in the NBA as a coach/front office guy associated with Doc Rivers.
