He can't simply ignore what has occurred the last two years and view this upcoming season in isolation. But I do agree that the failure of this year will likely be the final straw.

But regardless as an employer and boss it should take him about 10 conversations to come to the realization he needs a new staff in place if he wants an acceptable program.
