How much of player retainment really is on the coach?

Have you looked at the number of players transferring every year from other programs? It gets higher and higher, plus the first year it seems most of the guys he lost before the season such as Cam Biedschied or Torren Jones would've been kicked off every team. Of the sophomores/Wes Clark the only one that has gone to a decent program is Namon Wright. The only player this program should really regret losing is J3. Quit acting like a lot of these guys were great players. Notice the guys he brought in himself without Tim Fuller outplayed the guys that left.
