is very little evidence that he can ever find top of the conference type success. Sadly, it seems whatever success he might have is really just about getting the turnaround started for the next guy. I'm not hell bent on the idea that we have to have a new coach next year if we don't hit some arbitrary number of wins, but I'd also say there should be no guarantees for anything short of top 5 or 6 in the conference. As soon as we can get the next great coach, we should pull the trigger.
