Was Mike Owens, MU graduate, former MU football player, former AB and Gander Mountain executive, with a masters in sports administration, and an open desire for the job, even given an interview? Doubt it. Major athletic donors are not happy. This is Foley's parting shot to destroy the athletic department. He should now have no chance of being the new chancellor.
