On his tenure, due to his age. And ADs typically don't stay in one place for 15-20 years it seems. I think Alden was an exception, being here 17 years. Funny, on his retirement he said he never wanted to be an AD at age 60, and now that's who we hired.

Hey, I'm a big Sunvold fan and was hoping he would get it. Not sure why he didn't. I just think this guy has a great resume and reputation. And at Mizzou I just figured they would eff this up. This is a good solid hire. My guess on his tenure being less than 10 years instead of more takes into account his age and this not being a stepping stone to something better in a few years. I think this is his last AD gig.
