That has nothing to do with your claim that Heath should never have been hired because Arkansas was still "elite" at that time. They were a program in steady decline and Heath inherited a sub .500 team in turmoil. Certainly, it was sill a desirable job, and I assume you hired the best guy you could find. And in hindsight, he did a pretty decent job but you fired him after just five seasons and back-to-back NCAA appearances. This all seems contrary to your assertion regarding "realistic expectations".
