think we will be very good next year. There are very few people who think anything more than 15-16 wins is possible. The discussion now is what amount of "not very good" will get him a 4th year. The fact that you are advocating that he gets 3-4 more years tells me that you think he's a bad coach and want us to keep him as long as possible.
