I agree they were fairly elite ten years before that. When Heath was hired, Arkansas had won two NCAA tournament games in seven years and were coming off a losing record. I wasn't nitpicking the years. I used the seven years immediately prior to Heath's hiring. I have nothing to be arrogant about. We have had over the last two seasons perhaps the worst power five basketball program in the nation and your very mediocre team blasted us by more than 30 on our home floor last year. But in my opinion Arkansas was no longer elite, or anything close to it, by the end of Nolan's reign.
