5 average guys playing together will beat 5 superstars all playing individually.

Time together and time with the coaches will build that kind of chemistry. By their 2nd and 3rd years together, the coaches and players will all be on the same page.

STABILITY and CONTINUITY. That's what we've lacked for 15 years and that's what we need now more than anything.
