Building great teams is more about finding the right mental/personality fit than recruiting stars

To build great teams stars and talent matter MUCH more than personality. If you had a team of 5-star head cases you would still likely make the tourney and be a decent team. But to make the tourney with a bunch of 200+ ranked team players with the right mentality is pretty much impossible in P5 basketball.
