The only screw up was half-assing it out of the gate. They should have cleaned out all of Haith's staff and let KA start from scratch. The "transition" strategy was a huge failure, and it was imposed on KA by Alden.

Last year was a better team than the year before, and that difference can only be ascribed to KA's first recruiting class coming in.

KA is turning it around. Be patient, and take things a step at a time.
