To me, its not win/loss, it's about roster stability. If we have 3 or less transfers from this group, we need to keep the team and coaches together:

Barnett
Phillips
Puryear
Walton
CVL
Hughes
Smith
Jackson
Geist
Nikko
Kemp

I think we could have up to 3 transfers just because there isn't enough playing time to go around. For example, if CVL continues to struggle with his shot, he'll probably transfer down a level. If Hughes, Geist or CVL really surprise everyone, that could take playing time from Walton, who may transfer elsewhere. Similarly, one of the three new bigs is probably going to end up with poor playing time prospects. Anyway, we should expect some transfers. But if we keep 8-9 of these kids coming back for next season, the coaching staff needs to remain intact.
