Except that it *has* worked in the past.

Snyder came in, recruited some Arthur Johnsons and Travon Bryants and Ricky Pauldings, and we were in the postseason.

Mike Anderson came in and recruited some DeMarre Carrolls, and Kim Englishes and Marcus Denmons, and we were in the postseason.

Frank Haith came in and recruited some Jabari Browns and Earnest Rosses and Jordan Clarksons, and we were in the postseason.

Kim Anderson came in and recruited some Keith Shamburgers and Marcus Woodses and Teki Gill Caesar's, and….we're winning 9-10 games a season.

The main problem with Kim Anderson so far is that his current freshmen/sophomores never get to be upperclassmen. At least not at Mizzou.
