from actual experience as an AD. He's obviously highly qualified to manage a budget. he'd be great with donors and fans, also with media relations which would be a major upgrade over a Rhoades. And like Alden, he's a diehard mizzou guy which is worth a lot. There are other good candidates with experience but Sunvold would be a great hire imho.
