You just get your feelings hurt and try to shout people down who don't see the gumdrops and lollipops that you imagine.

There are issues, which you refuse to acknowledge, and the circumstances MU finds itself in made Baker a realistic and maybe even a desirable choice. A few weeks ago everyone was talking about how awesome the fundraising was going under Rhoades, and then he left and everyone changed to saying how awful he was and he had to go.

Rhoades was just part of an awful job of administration last year at MU. You might recall that there were a few others that contributed significantly to the debacle of last year.
