however, the fluidity above the AD (President, Chancellor, BoC, etc.) is a serious obstacle to landing a good AD. They need to get that all fixed PRONTO.

The new AD needs to get more money out of the fan base, and Mack made it clear he understood that in the right language when he took over. Whatever feathers he ruffled are separate (IMHO) from that. We need to get more donations, more routine ticket sales (do a LOT better marketing, etc.) and get some facilities developed. Anyone who can do that will make themselves look fantastic. I think there is appetite among the fans to participate so long as this goofy CS1950 is actually managed properly by the new upper management.
