for this time and situation. He is most familiar with the issues that need to be dealt with and presumably already has relationships with many of the donors. You would think he might also have a vision of how he would have changed our Athletic Department based on his experience there.

What Baker lacked in executive AD experience, he may have made up for in knowledge of the program and relationships with donors.
