having an opinion that we missed an opportunity to hire Wren Baker? He had support from several important people.

Mizzou has some rehab to do to be as appealing as they were to Rhoades just one year ago. It is not unreasonable to question whether we let Baker walk away with a lot of knowledge about Mizzou athletics while there is a very real risk that they will end up with someone who has no ties to Mizzou and may not perform as well.

How long will the next guy stay?

If you see no cause for concern with the athletic department, I think you have your head in the sand. Not sure why a couple here get so worked up whenever you see an opinion that doesn't mimic yours. Lighten up, Francis, and try to get through the day despite being unable to control everyone's mind.
