Blown up at umpires - until 2016 when that stopped, despite plenty of opportunities. Hmmm, maybe he can shift his strategy and still get the same incredible results.

As for this latest snafu, you seem mighty decided it's all the coach and not that wonderful Snowflake spirit.

How do you account for the players that stand behind him?
