I have heard from many people that would know first-hand the type of money thrown around and mid-level SEC starters are getting 300-500K in some programs. It is not unreasonable top end players are getting seven figures.

A buddy is a head HS coach and just had a corner sign with Auburn. He’s getting 250K a year through their collective and he hasn’t even made a tackle in college yet.
