don't ask immigration status. VERY many police departments in liberal cities and states are actually prohibited from asking immigration status. Most crime is municipal level offenses then state level offenses and finally federal offenses. you're not getting city level data at all.
TX and GA actually do record those stats. so you can derive some data from those two states.
you're also mixing apples and oranges AGAIN b/c legal immigrants and illegal immigrants are usually different socio-economic status. You link talks about "immigrants" not "illegal immigrants". that is a sleight of hand trick that you fell for.
There is limited data on state and federal prisoners immigration status but even then it's difficult to derive any meaningful data b/c we really don't even know how many illegal aliens are present. best guess is around 29 million but could be as high as 50 million.
and really at the end of the day all you're saying is illegal immigrants are less likely to commit crime or be incarcerated than native born black offenders who wildly skew the crime stats.
