apprehended and incarcerated during the commission of a crime, or they are safe and immune from prosecution. Does that same logic apply to rape, murder, child abuse, and worst of all, misgendering someone?
If the hell's Angels break into your house and won't leave, can they be arrested? The crime was in breaking into your house and they are no longer doing that, right?
