Using false identification or making false statements on documents, both government forms and on private applications are crimes. Failure to file income taxes is a crime. Filing tax returns with phone identification or SS numbers is a crime. Using fraudulent SS numbers on any documents is a crime. Filing for and receiving government welfare and food stamps is a crime.
