I never said turn it into the nfl. you and the other retard assumed that.

I said create two power conferences with divisions and use that to determine your conference schedule and your playoff.

there's nothing about that setup that precludes teams from playing outside their conference (like they do today) or lower level teams wanting to play them (like they do today) or those games counting (like they do today) or in-conference games being used to determine conference standing (like they do today).
