You are again turning the actual facts on their head and accusing the innocent of the crimes of the judge whom you are defending.

They had been given a warrant to arrest him (again) and showed up to court, gave them the arrest warrant, and the judge told them to wait until after the hearing. While they waited, they snuck him out the back door, releasing him yet again into the community, despite his repeated illegal entry into the country, his prior deportation, his 3 battery charges and the officers with a legitimate arrest warrant waiting for her to have his hearing... waiting at her request.
