I have read the documents. I notice you didnt link them, because they don't contain what you say. He had Chicago bulls clothing and a hoodie. A confidential informant that was never identified, which as I assume you know is not evidence. He entered the country illegally and didnt immediately apply for asylum. He should be deported and I have said that repeatedly. However, he should have had due process, and should not have been sent to a maximum security prison. He still has never been convicted of a crime.
