Deporting him is not a travesty of justice. I agree with that. He entered illegally and did not apply for asylum when he got here. However, deporting him to a maximum security prison is a travesty. Other than entering the US illigally, I do not believe he has ever been convicted of any crime. And there is no evidence that has been presented that he is or was a member of a gang, only accusations and hearsay. Still waiting for the evidence. Also, should have had due process when he was deported. Even the Trump administration has admitted that early on.
