the case or not, we know for a fact that he entered the country illegally, that his wife/girlfriend asked for and received a court order of protection after alleging that he beat her, and that there is significant evidence that he is a member of a gang that has been declared a terrorist organization.

Given all of the above, deporting him hardly seems to be the travesty of justice that the mindless libs are making it out to be.
