are similar to ones used in criminal trials to establish evidence of membership in gangs.

He was hanging with MS-13 members in a location frequented by MS-13 gang members.
MS-13 gang members are allegedly told to only hang with other MS-13 gang members or prospects for becoming members.
They pulled objects out of their waistbands and ran when the police came.
He had MS-13 clothing.
He had MS-13 tattoo.
A confidential informant that the officers considered reliable identified him as a gang member, giving his rank & nickname.

He entered the country illegally.
His wife had a protective order against him and claimed that he had beaten and scratched her.

Do you think that he should be in the US?
