Yes, coaches get to move around freely, but only to the extent that their contract and its buyout allows. They're going to need to find a way to apply the same principles to the athletes in order to make this manageable.

That way if you sign a guy for two years, $7M, and he wants to transfer for the second year, okay, that's fine, but the other school is going to have to pay a buyout.
