a quality staff to do this 24/7/365. Managing/massaging roster player's egos between how talented they are vs how talented they and their parents THINK they are, has got to be frustrating to say the least. Especially a coach who sees the potential, has high expectations, tries to push and motivate the player but the player thinks they're already there. I guess that's why Saban quit.
