other countries they used to bypass the 232 tariffs, I'd be one of the people cheering it on. I just think it was too broad of an approach for just that target. I also think a lot of other government issues make this much more complicated. The definition of a "domestic" product is changing. The list of "Buy America" countries for government funded projects are growing. All of that is counter to the argument of brining manufacturing back to the US. Luckily, I'm not a global economist because it's quite the tangled web.
