if all production is shipped off to China or Mexico or some other foreign country with low wages, scant employment/labor laws, and no real concern for tort lawsuits, rather than paying American workers good wages and dealing with the American judicial system more frequently.

But they all want to sell to the American market.

It's the American working class that has been screwed and has suffered. It's not global corporate CEO's.
