I also think she probably thinks this is a great job because there are no shadows of former great coaches to overcome or great expectations from fans at this point. She can literally just become a regular tourney participant and this will be considered elite per Mizzou WBB standards. The job is a blank slate to build it up how you see fit. Not so at TN.
