none of these things happen in a vacuum, without lots of other variables

Much like the lack of white NFL and NBA players, there are other reasons why the numbers are what they are.

I guess I just don't assume that racism/discrimination is at play without seeing evidence of it first. You on the other hand, seem to take the opposite approach. To me, college AD's would hire purple haired trannies if they felt it would help their teams win.
