over executive branch activities, unless they violate the Constitution. Conversely, a judge's order is invalid if he fails to follow the Constitution. The EB should refuse to go through the judicial system to overturn unconstitutional orders. They should just ignore the judge and proceed to impeach him. It long past time for the EB to resist illegal orders from corrupt judges.
