For DOGE to have any meaningful impact, it will require Congress.

Do have DOGE do 3 things on the big ticket items

- Expose and top fraud where it is
- Show the numbers, and where we are heading
- Give two sets of recommendations
1. A case for elimination
2. A case for at least fiscal responsibility

Otherwise, it is just more political theatre
