from some MBE/WBE wanting to buy products we sell and they are adamant they should get deeply discounted pricing because they are going after some bid that has provisions for a small (MBE/WBE) enterprise. They don't have to be the LOWEST bid because they get a bump on pricing over a legitimate dealer for the products being sold.

They have no knowledge of what they are trying to sell or how they are going to offer on-going support. To them it's just a commodity like they are selling office or janitorial supplies like ball point pens or cases of toilet paper.
