I have never said there is only one cause. I have said that understaffing is likely an issue. However, the main thing I said is that there seems to be no evidence yet of the things many here are blaming it on. I would prefer to wait for evidence from an ivestigations, whether that leads to one cause, or many. These kinds of incidents usually have more than one cause, as there is a lot of redundancy built into airline safety. By the way, you dont seem to know what a straw man argument is, as this is clearly not one.
